This is the website for the LaVA project. The full title of the research project is Language Variation & Attitudes: a sociolinguistic analysis of the linguistic performance and attitudes of Greek Cypriots in Nicosia, Cyprus. The Project POST-DOC/0718/0022 was co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund and the Republic of Cyprus through the Research and Innovation Foundation. Professor Kleanthes K. Grohmann was the Coordinator of this project while Dr Constantina Fotiou was the Young Researcher. The University of Cyprus was the Host Institution.
